Hi Jeanette, I just finished reading Mistress of Spices by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni and loved it. I am about to start Mennonite in a Little Black Dress: A Memoir of Going Home by Rhoda Janzen based on the recommendation of a friend, but I guess that is memoir, not fiction...

I read the Elegance of the Hedgehog too. I did enjoy it but not sure why it has sold millions! At the moment I'm reading Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger.

Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide (great read, a bit depressing however)
Dyke Life: A celebration of the Lesbian Existence (wonderful book)
Gandhi: An Autobiography
Spring time reading is my favorite!

Currently I'm reading THe Given. Although this fiction is for children, I find that the adults should read them, and will get a lot of lessons

Me too Jilly - and even when I first looked at the date, I thought it said 07 - July - and I thought Jeanette must be down under LOL. Then I realized it was an 02.
