Hi, does anyone know a good way to fade age spots besides the exspensive products out there today. I am in my mid forties and have them so bad from years of sun bathing. I use suncreen now for sure I am so self concience about them. thanks Bindy

Great tips! All of you have shared something or the other. But I think staying happy and stress-free is a solution to all problems.

As well as sun screen, moisturising and exfoliating, a good facial exercise regime can take years off your face. It tones the facial muscles as well as your skin. It is important to get the right sort of exercises and not press too hard. One of the best is Facialwizard, it will give you a good selection of exercises. I wouldn't be without mine.

What type of facial exercises? I have never heard of this but it certainly makes sense. I would love to learn more.

I use Obagi and Nuskin and am very pleased with the results. My current issue is puffy eyes. I have recently purchased a few new products to try so hopefully they will help. I know that allergies and not enough sleep are the cause of my puffy eyes but I cannot seem to correct the causes so I need to correct the resulting puffy eyes.
for me, the 3 best tips to follow for anti-aging tips are: 1. STOP SMOKING >> not only it kills, but it makes your skin dry, make you look older. 2. Frequent snaking of Almond and wall nuts, they contain GOOD fats. Omega nd fatty acid. 3. Wear sunscreen, even its cloudy. It will act as moisturizer and will prevent skin damage. I'm not much a straight water drinker however I drink about 6 glasses of green tea everyday. I found a real great concentrate that you just mix with water. It comes in a bunch of flavors plus you can drink it hot or cold. My friend turned me on to it, it's put out by HerbaSway, you can find them on line.

I've been taking a resveratrol product called Red Wine Alternative from HerbaSway and it's wonderful!! It's a liquid concentrate that you mix with water, it's tastes really good. A bottles lasts about a month, it's so worth it. I found them when I was looking for a green tea concentrate. Check them out. www.herbasway.com
