I like that too. Sometimes when the trains go really fast, I get a little queasy. It's wonderful to get places quickly, but I also missed being able to really get a sense of what's out the window.

for countries like spain, portugal, France and Italy I would recommend a train. it is cheaper.

for Ireland it is faster to go by plane.
easyjet, ryanair, skyeurop. are cheap.
