I agree, Steve's right, the savvy dealerships have gone online. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just change, and change, unfortunately, can be a tough thing to deal with. I know it's an emotional issue for me.
With these kind of changes, the best thing to do is change perspective (another difficult thing to do). i.e. accept the challenge, don't fight it, give up what you "know" (because it's now past tense) and go with what IS working.
Personally, I had 3 brand new Chrysler products and was very disappointed with them. It could have been the poor relationship that the dealership and I had, and not the car. But I think it opens up an opportunity to deal a better make.
