What's your favorite recipe for chocolate brownies or do you tend to make them from a box?
I'm always experimenting. Most recently I made Hershey's Deep Dish Brownies and they turned out really good -- a nice compromise between fudgey and cakey.
When I'm in a hurry I make them from a box and prefer the ghirardelli double chocolate mix. Scratch is better and I tend to like the recipes that call for cocoa powder instead of melted chocolate.
