Hi,
I think the best tag team partner to replace Edge to defend the Tag Team Belts for Jericho would be either William Regal or Jack Swagger.

Kozlov might also be a good choice. Or maybe Carlito if he's turning heel after bashing his brother? I don't know if Swagger could stand all the bashing of American fans that Jericho tirades about though, but he doesn't get much love from the fans anyway.

Koslov wouldn't make a good partner for Jericho. You need someone who can compliment his style and ring ability. Regal would make a good partner as would Christian. Ted DiBiase would make a good partner as well, for Jericho.
Jack Swagger isnt really a tag team wrestler but Matt Hardy is and Matt Hardy would make a good partner for Jericho.
