haha - good point. I definitely think food adds to our lives. I can get an extra happy boost all day long just knowing I'll get to indulge in some chocolate that evening! I think eating healthfully is also a huge factor in maintaing well-being, so I try to keep my desserts healthy as well. That way, I enjoy them as a treat all they while knowing I'm still giving my body good food! Yea!!! Of course, every now and then though, I'll eat something totally "un" healthy! haha

I tend to munch a Snickers from time to time, they are balanced glycemically which is cool and they really do...."satisfy"!!

Watch out for those hydrogenated oils though Sue! Hydros are one thing I do not allow myself to ever consume - unless I'm at a restaurant and just don't have a way of knowing. I don't eat out that often though. I do agree though... back when I used to them... snickers are great!! haha

Good food and wine keeps me positive.

I don't think Necco Wafers have any fats in them but I could be wrong.

I am TRYING to stay away from chocolate and it's SO hard. I just saw these advertised on the telly and I am SO tempted to try one, just ONCE:

Those Snickers Ice Cream Bars are fantastic! I love them. Good choice there.
