The DVD is divided into 5 segments: Warmup, Level 1 vinyasa, Level 2 core work, Level 3 strength and stamina and finally, Cooldown. The idea is to start with Warmup, Level 1 and Cooldown for 2 weeks, then add Level 2 for 2 weeks, and then Level 3 for 2 weeks. The complete 5 segment workout takes 55 minutes.
I figured that since I've been doing yoga for years I could start right in doing the whole workout, and I want to tell you that it IS a workout! I found the Level 3 especially taxing; it uses a lot of plank pose and pushups and I had to take a pass on some of them, but it gives me something to work toward.
