It's Windex's new product for cleaning outdoor windows. You just spray the window with a hose, wipe it with the cleaning pad and then rinse it off with the hose. And the cleaning pad is on the end of a long handle so you don't have to use a ladder for windows that are hard to reach. My windows looked great!
