Most of the people on this site are familiar with the great health benefits of Omega 3s. You all are probably in the 2% of Americans that actually buy and ingest fish oil. What if there is a better way to get Omega 3s? There is, it is called Mila, a whole, raw food grown in South America that has fiber, protein, calcium, antioxidants and most importantly in my book Omega 3s. Also a perfect ratio of Omega 3s and 6s, 3:1. Check out my blog at www.pvlifemax.blogspot.com and let me know what you think.

Dr. Oz was on Oprah at one time touting the benefits of mila. Is this the same thing that you are talking about?

Same thing, Mila by Lifemax, Dr. Oz brought it on to Oprah's show for the world to see- I can't say enough about this product. Only 2% of the country uses fish oil supplements, this is crazy when you start to read about all the benefits of Omega 3s. Mila is going to change the way we look at Omega 3s.

Most people in the western world would rather take an overpriced pharma drug than supplements like omega-3, turmeric, minerals etc.

This sounds like a good thing but I am a bit worried about the packaging and price. If these are just seeds then they should cost no more than quinoa. Improving your Omega 3 is a very good thing as people are quite often have too much Omega 6 which can lead to a whole host of health problems.
