Definitely the key is to focus on each day as a new day. it doesn't matter what happened yesterday, all that matters is what you do today. If something went wrong yesterday, that's fine! That's in the past. If you had someone rear end your car yesterday and give it a tiny dent, you probably would still drive to work today. You're wiser now, and you can move forward with even more knowledge!

Nancy, I love what you said here! This could be applied to so many things in life, not just dieting.

It's funny, the classic line in Gone with the Wind of

"Tara. Home. I'll go home, and I'll think of some way to get him back. After all, tomorrow is another day"

it seems like a cliche, but it really is so true. When life gets you down, don't think that you are stuck with what happened in the past. You have a fresh chance to totally remake yourself starting with right now. Look at all of the famous people who were beaten down by life, who had nothing, and who started fresh. It is that ability to start fresh which is so amazing!

You guys are so awesome!
I haven't been here in a few days and it feels like forever.
I'm getting ready to go back home for a 3 weeks visit in 9 days and I can't wait I have't seen my family in 10 months smile

I must admit that after that little slip I didn't slip again and I've been watching everything I eat and sticking to the low carbs no matter what. I don't know if I lost weight (I'll know that today) but I have been losing inches cause I see it on my cloths.
Thank you guys for you support, and it's true, every day is an opportunity for a new beginning.

Have a great day everybody smile
