Are you trying to lose weight? Get a new job? Make more money? Improve your relationship? If you are not achieving your goals, ask yourself what are you thinking about that topic.
If you are trying to lose weight but believe you that you always have been overweight and will always be, you will never be able to lose the weight long-term. We don't like to make liars out of ourselves, so our universe will usually play out to what we believe to be true.
In order to lose weight successfully (or anything else you want to achieve) you need to think that you have already achieved it. See yourself as your ideal weight. What does it feel like? What do you hear? Get emotional about it. If a self-limiting belief (thought) does pop up, say "cancel" right away and replace it with something positive.
