I would have to disagree with some of the "best" recommendations on that site. It recommends Proactiv as the #2. I would stear clear of ProActiv. As a former user of the product and as someone who treats clients who use it, I would never, and I mean NEVER, recommend that product line.

I think it would depend on the severity of the acne. Also the key is for it to be not to granular as that can be to harsh for the skin.

Ive never used any of these products, Ive just used home remedies such as oat bran and water, salt water, or an aloe vera plant. I break out sometimes on the side of my face, and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know of a quick and cheap product, I can buy over the counter? take into mind, I shop at CVS drug stores, rite aid, target, K mart..etc. I dont shop at ONLY beauty supply stores. Any advice would be appreciated.

Health is a really big issue in our health ,if our health does not proper work than we can't do any thing so we should always take a proper nutrition and proper food for the health.we always live in a schedule because it is basically for the skin disease ,if we not get proper schedule than there a a number of skin disease cause lime pimples acne blackheads .we can prevent it .

Agreed-- if its too harsh you will over dry the skin and make it more red.
