Don't get me started on Biggest Loser! I'm addicted. I've watched season 2 of the US version and I am watching the current Couples season. I've also watched the first two seasons of the Australian version, and I am watching their third season on YouTube now.

I prefer the Aus version because they run the show six days a week. I feel like I get a more realistic look at the contestants because they run more footage. Even Jillian Michaels has said that she doesn't like the US version because she is only on camera for a few minutes each week so she comes off looking like a hateful shrew. On the Aus version, you can see more of her softer side.

Weight loss shows like Biggest Loser do two things to me. They encourage me to get up off the couch, which is good. However, for some reason they make me hungry!

OK, most of my addictions are on Bravo: "Top Chef", "Project Runway", & "Make Me a SuperModel" (this year's addition). But I don't consider them guilty pleasures, because I have no problem adimitting that I watch them, LOL!

Guilty pleasure shows are my recent addiction to anime: "Naruto" and "Bleach", and a couple of cartoons definitely geared to kids: "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" and "Ben 10". "Foster's" is absolutely hilarious! (Cartoon Network)

My guilty TV pleasure is Ghost Whisperer and Ghost Hunters.

I love CSI but that doesn't make me feel guilty. It's the only show I really try not to miss, at least when there are new episodes.
