Describe your favorite barbecue (barbeque) sandwich!

Mine is:
Chopped pork shoulder with crispins on an inexpensive hamburger bun, topped with some sweet coleslaw and hot barbecue sauce. Mmmmmm..... and that pork shoulder was cooked low and slow for a long time with maybe some hickory or mesquite wood smoke involved.

MAY is NATIONAL BARBECUE MONTH! <img src="/images/graemlins/tut.gif" alt="" /> Here, in Memphis, the Memphis in May Festival and the Memphis in May Barbecue Cooking Contest is all the rage.

You can read the first in my series of barbecue articles here: SANDWICHES at Bellaonline.com

I like chicken barbecue with cole slaw and served on an onion roll. Must also have a few potato chips on the side!

Really not BBQ but falls into the messy, sloppy, finger licking sandwiches category - spicy sloppy joes! On a nice soft hamburger bun server with baked beans and homemade french fries!

I'm all for the messy, sloppy, finger-licking sandwiches category - LOL.

What's a great Boston kind of sloppy, finger-licking sandwich that you've had?
