I agree. Yes, I know how expensive it is to have kids. It's something I just can't afford. But I just don't think that tax rebates should be based on children. It should be based on income, PERIOD. I really think that the lower brackets should get a bigger refund than the upper brackets, REGARDLESS of how many children they have.

Meh, it's [censored], anyway. It's a little bandaid fix on a missing limb, and it won't even come until June at the earliest.
