Mythbusters did a test and if you're going to think about bathroom germs, there are those germs on *every* surface you touch in your house. They even found them in completely separate rooms. So you would have to sterilize your carpets, wash your sheets, steam clean your couches etc. every single day.
We don't wear plastic bubbles when we go outside, and just think of all the germs we breathe in every day! Think of all the bed mites in your bed, that you sleep with every night

I love to camp, so the idea that we live in a world with germs doesn't bother me too much

How about when you swim in the ocean!
Embrace your germs and love them

In fact some studies show that kids who are kept in too sterile an environment come down with far worse allergies and issues than kids who "run wild" - because the sterile kids' bodies never learn to handle the normal germs of life. Germs are your friends
