Does anyone know if its possible to customize your weapon or armor so that you can excede the HP limit of 9999?? If you can what item do you need to do it??

I think you need Dark Matter for that. Don't know in what amount.

Any idea where i can get dark matter from??

Dark Aeons drop them, if you have them. What's even better, Dark Aeons drop armour for different characters that has this upgrade already. Don't know of any other source of it. Some tough boss may drop it. Or some tough creature in monster Arena.

Nope!Dark Matter x99 adds ribbon to an armour...Haven't found yet what u need to excede HP limit...

YOu need 30 Wings to Discovery for Break HP limit... (or you manage to find equipment which already has it). You can get Wings to discovery from Shinryu in the monster arena (drops one or two), you can bribe them from the Malboro in the calm lands (4 for 540,000), from the Great Malboro inside sin/in omega dungeon (8 for 1,280,000) or you can win 30 of them by winning the race around remiem temple (chocobo) opening 3 treasure chests and touching no poles <- this is one time only...
