-Amy VanderbiltToday i am grateful for my improving health... not that i was in bad health before, but the last week i've been taking long walks every day and careful that i am eating healthy food, and i'm finding now my heart is stronger, i've much more energy, and i've even lost a few pounds!
Today I'm also grateful for the beauty of nature, and the sense of peace and strength it gives me.
Today i'm also grateful for the warmth i feel in the voices of people who talk to me online and in person. Their strength and goodness inspires me.
