That Chinese Hot & Sour soup recipe was outstanding, Lisa. It's always been one of my favorites when eating out, but in the restaurant, there are way too many carbs/calories/iffy fats to go around. My husband made it for us and I confess I ate most of it. He made it a little hot, but I don't mind in the least. He cut a single boneless loin porkchop into matchsticks for the whole pot! It's awesome. Thanks.
