The world has people of different colors. If we take a ideal face and give different colors to it, which would you find most attractive?
White, yellow, wheatish, dark wheatish or black?

I would love dark wheatish. Why? beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. Somebody likes something, somebody likes something else. Is that not the beauty of this world? all of us are so different to each other.

Why does the colour matter? If you took an ideal face, wouldn't it be the features of the face that are ideal and not the colour?

For me it is not so much the skin color as it is the balance of the skin. I remember when I was a teenager I met this lovely young lady at a summer camp and she had the most perfect skin, not a sinlge blemish, discoloration, freckle, etc. on it! And this was without a dab of makeup! (Is that sickening or what!!!?)
Halle Berry's skin is like that, and while I do love the color of her skin, that kind of creamy coffee color, it is that smoothness that I truly envy!

I like the dark complexions as said aboce they seem so clear of blemishes and big brown eyes.
Good friends are like stars. You don't always see them but you always know they are there.

A blemish free face will be of course great. i initiated this discussion to discuss the concept of beauty in our minds. To discuss how all of us look at the same thing differently.

I have to agree with Bella Harmony - For me it's not so much the colour as it is the smootheness, healthiness, softness etc that I find attractive. I've never really considered a specific colour of skin to be more attractive than another. Each colour can be very beautiful.

I can't say that I would find brown more attractive than white, or visa versa, or any other shade. It depends on the particular person to me
