I think any good quality multi vitamins are beneficial. I'm not a fan of the one-a-day you get at the grocery store.
Nioxin makes excellent vitamins for hair, skin and nails. I take those everyday.

I have extremely thick hairs, and I can feel bumpy and uneveness when i run a strand of my hair in between 2 fingers. They are "stubborn" and stand, making my whole hair look very much bloated... and very unmanageable....

It sounds to me that what you need are good moisturizers for your hair. Find professional quality moisturizing treatments. Vitamins will help your hair but I doubt that they will mke it softer.

As for the poofyness, styling products are the only thing that will help. Smoothing products and a flat iron (although the flat iron will contribute to dryness) will help take out the poof. You can use a heat protectant product to protect your hair from the heat of the flat iron.

I would get a good multi-vitamin, not one a day, they are almost worthless and a hair, nail vitamin with silica(I think that is the spelling). I was taking the hair and nail one from Puritan's Pride and wow my nails grew faster and stronger than ever. Also seemed to help the hair grow faster.

How to do find the effect of these capsules? Is it good? How long does it take to see the effect? I guess the effect will be gone once you stop taking them ya?

I think they are great. My nails started growing like crazy and I have lots of energy. My hair is thick (but it always has been) and is growing fast.

Whenever you stop using any product designed to stop hair loss, your body will go back to condition it is in naturally. If you have a genetic or health reason for hair loss, it will return there.

My hair is also thick and infact extremely thick such that they are competely unmanageable.

I can feel uneveness on my hair strands. Do you have the same problem with your thick hair?

It sounds as though your hair is coarse in texture. Mine is fine - medium in texture. I have lots of it and it is curly so it is a bit unruly. I use lots of moisturizers and smoothing serums.

The dryness of my hair made them even worse.

Do you think Nioxin vitamins can help my hair? and btw how long does it take you to see the effect?
