Who do you think is the best worker/s in Wrestling today and why?

My votes go to;

AJ Styles. The guy is freakin' unbelievable. Phenomenal even. What can't this guy do? He can wrestle anybody, and I've yet to see him wrestle a bad match. He brings the XDiv style and sells a great ring story at the same time. Not easy to do.

Kurt Angle. With his Amateur style back ground and his great array of slams. suplexes and agility, this guy has it all. If I had to pick a Wrestler to carry the HW Belt for my company, he'd be it. Plus his mic work, etc is excellent.

Chris Benoit. The crippler has lost nothing over time and is maybe the only guy who can truely hold his own in the ring with Kurt. Another guy worthy of champ status. He'd be my Int cont or HW Champ for sure. He brings such a hard nosed style to the ring and you just have to watch his whole match because he can seemingly pull out a win at anytime.

IMO the above three stand out as just incredible workers, who never cease to appease the fans with just incredible matches, time after time after time.

What do the rest of you think?

I agree with the names you mentioned and would add Rey Mysterio. Brock Lesnar when working against Kurt Angle. Those matches were pretty awesome.

Bryan Danielson & Samoa Joe. I'm not quite agreeing with AJ, but I will most definitely agree with Benoit as well as Kurt Angle. Bret Hart & Jerry Lynn are also names that spring to mind. So who is the best?

Bret Hart was definately up there amongst the best.
But I'm asking about guys who are currently still active. It's unfortunate for Bret, because I believe he'd probably still have made the cut were it not for that stroke a couple years back.

Definately gotta agree with Rey. Not that I'm saying the other guys aren't worthy either.

I was always amazed at Chris Jericho while he was in wrestling. I paid attention to his entire career for the several years he was involved, and I don't remember him ever taking a break for an injury or a well deserved rest. If he ever did get injured, it seemed like he wrestled through it. I mean let me know if I'm mistaken here Patty or someone, but I honestly don't recall Jericho taken any breaks or vacations!? That's probably why he retired so early in his life. He must of burned himself out to the point of no return.

You mean US wrestling or Japanese as well? There are a few names in Japan who are simply incredible.

And I assume you mean workers as far as technicians and putting on a "wrestling match" as opposed to an entertaining one?

I still maintain Shawn Michaels should be in there somewhere.

The others mentioned are all great as well.

Ric Flair - He is the man. In the ring and on the mic, he is a legend.

Trish Stratus- Not only for her talent in the ring but for wanting to be just more than a pretty face in the business.

Molly Holly- Great worker in the ring and willing to go through every lame and offensive storyline that they stuck her in.

Christopher Daniels- Talent, Showmanship, Style, Ability

Tommy Dreamer- He may not be a "complete" technical worker but he IS ECW. From on the mic, in the ring, booking, selling merchandise back in the day, and taking part in just about every aspect of the job.

Sssh, don't tell anyone in the WWE. I'm really disappointed in reading how he has been treated with this version of ECW. It's just stupid.

In the WWE, I have to go for Kurt Angle or, again, Benoit. Of anyone I think those two have just kept going for so long, broken freakin' necks and all, and that is extraordinary. In TNA, Christopher Daniels. I think Se7en summed it up pretty well!
