Hi All

Just wondering if anyone knows if citronella oil vapours/scent is toxic or dangerous to birds? We were going to use it, sparsely, in a room where my budgies, cockateils and kakariki live.

I have found one article against the use but it didn't really shed much light except not to use it.

Any thoughts would be great, thanks.

I just try to avoid any vapours or scents, rather than check out each one to see if it is safe. If in doubt, I would not use it - just in case.
