How will Sam and Alexis handle being mother and daughter?
Should Sam tell Alexis or keep it to herself?
Let us know how you feel.... <img src="/images/graemlins/computer.gif" alt="" />

It's going to come out, it's just a matter of time. I just hope that Alexis doesn't try to shut Jason out of Sam's life.

I'm just waiting to see how they play this out. I'm a birthmother and so far Alexis' reactions to the supposed death of her daughter has stirred up those feelings that we all feel not knowing how our child is doing in life. I hope they play this more real and not so soap operaish <sp>, Sam needs to be the one in control of the situation. Alexis is so take control tho, so it is going to be interesting when she finds out that her daughter didn't die.

I have read spoilers at some sites so not really sure what is really going to happen. I am also a Birthmother and interested to see how this mirrors real life.

They did a story on Y&R a few years ago where Jill wanted to find out the name of her parents and it was also fairly quick to get that. I had my child in 1978 and have no idea what the name of the child is and would have to spend lots of money to get a search done.

I did see Helena mentioned a few times in spoilers, so should be exciting.

I got lucky with my son (born in 1985), he was having a rough time and his adoptive parents made the decision to put him into counseling and his therapist worked him thru the problems and they contacted me when he was 16yo. I got to actually meet and hold him about 6 months or so after that and now he has regular contact with us, mostly my daughter. I didn't plan on looking for him, it had to be his decision.

To keep this on topic, I just really hope they leave the control in Sam's hands and don't have Alexis be the one who runs the "reveal" and reunion.

I hope that Sam has control of when and how her birth mother finds out she is her daughter. I also hope the whole thing doesn't become bizare and stays more on the real side.

I know it's a soap opera, but a little reality once in a while wouldn't hurt. Why is it that I get the feeling that it's all going to come out now that Sam was shot on Friday? Alexis or one of her girls is going to be the only one that can save Sam and the whole thing is going to blow wide open.

I'm really hoping they aren't going to kill Sam off. I haven't read any spoilers, but come on they just killed Courtney and Tony off not that long ago and John Durrant is gone now.

Now Jason is bringing Alexis to the hospital, so she can just go thru losing the daughter she already lost? Please tell me this is just a way of getting the secret out and that Sam isn't really going to die.
