lol!! you're hilarious! just go out and get yourself a duo powder. it already contains foundation in it. you can choose to apply it with a puff which will give you somewhat of a thicker application, or apply it with a brush which will give you a much lighter application. either way, you'll be able to get excellent coverage. practice makes perfect!

CookieMonsta you sold makeup as a kid- cool. All I got to sell was girl scout cookies, till I quit girl scouts bc I hated the camping and the girls were so stuck up.

I hate to be a big downer on a product you may like but that Colorstay product is wax based, and used to have a warning on the label about being flammable. I don't know if it still does but wow, do you want that on your skin? You are 24 and probably look fabulous and don't realize it. I don't like rub off either and mineral makeups are pretty good about staying put but I agree with the post-er who wrote that all foundations rub off, because they do.

Have you tried MAC Studio Fix? It is a dual foundation, goes on dry, but covers like a liquid. It has a matte finish, and CAN be used with a liquid under or a powder over, but doesn't have to be... I have some skin issues from an endocrine disorder, and I've used MAC products for the last five years or so with wonderful results. I like a liquid for going out, with powder to set it (I use Studio Fix in the liquid for that), and I use the Studio Fix powder foundation for daytime and during the summer when I need something light.

It covers most blemishes, and smooths out my freckles and undereye circles. If you have dry skin, I suggest a moisturizer before you apply the Fix, just to allow it to apply evenly and smoothly. Its an amazing product, and I swear by it (and all the MAC products). As long as you're not rubbing your face, it should stay put... There may be some light transfer if you WIPE your face on your white tshirt, but otherwise, I'd say no. I'm a chronic face-toucher... My chin, nose, and jawline are always problem areas for me with a foundation, and I find Fix stands up to all but my worst days.

did you read what it did to my skin!!? it was horrible! it made me look like i had pigment skin!! i was freaking out i didnt even know if the make-up was messing up my sking or what. the first time i put it on it was fine but the then all the other times i tried it on it was getting worse and worse. after the 2 days i had it i returned it and i bought the duo foundation press powder cover girl. and being 24 doesnt mean i have great skin. i have seen ladies way older then me look fabulous.

Yeah I re-read your post. I don't know what pigment skin means but the ColorStay product requires solvent to remove. Perhaps residue caused the 2nd and 3rd day yuckiness. Glad you could return it. Who has that sort of return policy? I'd like to shop them instead.

To the other poster, Bryndian, does the studio fix go on as a loose powder or is it in a compact pressed form? other than the liquid which might be my first choice.
