BellaOnline Forums Family Early Childhood Top 100 Preschool Teacher list????

Hi all -
I am doing research on preschool teachers/child care workers for a television program and was wondering if there was a list conducted anywhere which would recognize/acknowledge actual individual preschool teachers/child care workers. I am looking for undividual names of these incredible men and women. Even if you have a lead of where I can begin my search that would be great! I am coming up empty handed.

Wow! I'm sorry but I don't have any idea where you could find a list like that.

This program sounds very exciting! As a preschool teacher myself, I can tell you that early childhood is one of the least appreciated areas, though slowly that is changing! Scholastic puts out a magazine called "Early Childhood Today" that honors top professionals in the field annually. The list of this years winners can be found at:

Another place to look would be the websites of the National Association for the Education of Young Children or their state affiliates.
