What was the latest anime that you have watched? OR What anime are you currently watching? Do you recommend it? How about a small summary of it, but don't give everything away.

Well, I thought that I'd make this topic, to lifen up this section ^^.

The most previous anime that I have watched was Vampire Princess Miyu. Like the title, it has something to do with a vampire and then there are demones. The anime is basically about a girl who is a vampire and has the duty to destroy all the shinma (name for the demons) that are on earth. Her name is Miyu and she is a guardian and a vampire. A bunch of demons escaped from the darkness and found their way to earth. Miyu has a very sad past and is stuck living her life, hunting down demons, until the very last one has been returned to the darkness, from hence they came from.

Thats basically a summary of the anime. I recommend it to people who like Sailor Moon type animes, hunt down the monster and destroy it.. but along with that comes some problems and mystery. The ending of the Vampire Princess Miyu series was somewhat satisfying.

Vampire Hunter D was good, but I thought some of the battle seens could've had more detail, Excellent movie, but you look up and someone's dead, and that was the battle. <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I've been watching the new series of anime features that have been made in conjunction with the new Matrix: Reloaded movie.

I have not seen the one that is attached to the new dumb Stephen King horror movie. I'll wait for the DVD release of these in June for that one.

I've seen the first three release off of the THEANIMATRIX.COM site. All three are cool for various reasons.

The 2nd Renaissance Pt. 1 has a lot of scenes that refer to actual historical moments of conflict in human history, and it fills in some great Matrix history.

The Program is more like a classic anime, done in traditional style. Stunningly beautiful.

The Detective is a great noir anime and if you like Trinity, don't miss this one.

The most recent anime I watched was Chrno Crusade or Chrono Crusade (don't know why then leave the first "o" out) (even though I've seen it before).

It takes place somewhere in the time around WWI and the main characters are a nun and her soul-bound demon partner who fight the demonic forces that plague their country (America). The series also focuses a lot on their past, like that the main think for said nun is to find her little brother again who's been abducted by the demons.

Much drama, comedy, action and a hint of romance.
Loves it! ^^
