I've finished the main story missions and still haven't got the car lot. Do I have to do the Zero missions first?

i believe you have to do the driving school in order to purchase the car lot, by car lot you mean the garage across from cj's gas station, if so i believe you have to do the driving school and pass

Yeah ya do have to do driving school missions i didnt know what to do and then i did the driving school and i could buy the wang cars.
