Here are a few trainings in Mindfulness as per TNH.

Half smile when you wake up in the morning.
Use the seconds before you get out of bed,to take hold of your breath.Inhale and exhale 3 breaths gently while maintaining the
half-smile.
When you realise that you are irritated,half-smile,maintaining the half smile for 3 breaths.

Know that to become a Buddha and to save all beings can only be realized on the foundation of the Pure Peace of the Present Moment.
