Hey all,
Our weather in Kansas is kind of cold in the winter--like freeze your buns off cold. Our youngest son would have done well with lederhosen. When he was in high school, I had to make a rule. He could not wear shorts between Thanksgiving and Spring Break (end of March) and I had to hide the shorts.

He's mid-twenties now, and he came home a couple of weeks ago to get his coat. It was a shock to me, since he didn't like to wear one before New Year's Day when he was younger!
