you can get 30 once by winning the chocobo race at remiem temple AND opening 3 chests + hitting no poles.

or fight shinryu in the monster arena drops 1 or 2 for overkill

or bribe marlboro or great marlboro I'd never do that since I hate bribe but choose yerself

if you go bribing choose marlboro I dunno how much it was I thought 720,000 for like 4 of em or sumtin, thats better than the great marlboro who gives 7 I thought for twice the amount of gil

chocobo wings you get from bribing machea (a monster in the omega ruins)
just multiply its HP by 20 and bribe for taht much money. And then you get 40-80 chocobo wings

btw since you can't sense its health you gotta use demi (without magic booster) and then multiply the damage by 4
