I just wonder how ppl mangage to kill dark aeons. I have been fighting Dark valeford at Besaid Island for quit some time now! I have done about 200 000 damage on him, but it really don't seem as he bother at all.

Is possible to kills them at all? If it does. HOW??

This really bothers me, cause i haven't got all the stuff i need to get Anima. And as i have understood it. I need Anima to get the magus sisters! cause i need to get Anima to fight Anima at hidden temple!

Else i don't got any problems at this gme. I have tried play futher and got to "Braskas final aeon" Jecht! I killed him with no problem. Just used Tidus overdrive "slice n dice" on him the first time and wakkas overdrive "attack reels" on the second one. Than he was dead! As simple as that, but i really whant to do all the stuff i can do before i go through the game, thats way i did not go on after that!

I don't know if this helps but most of your chars need to do max max damage. also u need auto pheonixes(i really dun know how its spelled) youll also need break hp limit, After you have done stuff like that use quick hit alot I don't know that well thats all that i know But you got yo try and one more thing have a aeon thathas good evashion

auron22 is right about auto-phoenix and it is much easier if you have break damage limit. however you don't really need break HP limit to beat dark valefor. i'm up to dark bahamut with really only using one character with BHPL. max damage to necessary to beat the stronger monsters however it is not necessary to beat dark valefor.

against dark aeons u dont need break hp limit
use these armors
all armors with:
- auto protect
- auto shell
- defense +20%
then the 1 xtra spot
on 2 armors u fill it with auto-phoenix
and on 1 armor with auto-potion and then make sure u got loadsa x-potions and NO Hi-potions n potions, then auto-potion is an auto-x-potion which fully heals <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

and then its really good gainst dark aeons

Now, I haven't posted on here before, there are a few mistakes here and there i've noticed with hints, etc, one certain review in particular, none the less, I just wanted to add another peice to the pile, with fighting dark aeons there is one trick that doesnt work without fail but works none the less, have the Aeon Yojimbo and summons him, pay him some amount, the more the better apparently i use 1111 most times, he will do a move and if you are lucky he will do the move that kills units in 1 hit, easy 1 hit kills for Dark Aeons, worked for a friend of mine with ALL aeons, we did it the hard way which wasnt that hard.

that move Zan mato just sucks!
there's absolutly no way I'd ever use it against some boss it just takes the fun right out of the game.
and the "hard" way just beating the dark aeons normally is really easy I know

Y that is right about jimbo he his powerfull, but for some people they like to beat bosses easly i would think but i think its better to play a game with skill not power
