Ya hope this helps You have to pass the big gates where seymour let you pass and when you are in mushroom rock vally( note you have to have to do this after the big opperation), and on your map youll see a left turn don't take that one. Walk past it and youll find anotherleft turn take that one and go on the left and hit the statue to put the sword in.
