for his guards use Kimahri's Stone breath if u got it, and even without the first part aint that hard.

Anima (his aeon):
mix a HP sphere (or strength or magic one of them stat spheres) with a grenade to get chaos grenade wich deals 9999 damage to get you on the way

Second seymour just finish him off

do some nullifying magic first. then deal with seymour's guards first. use one of your characters' overdrive that can deal damage to all enemies. the guard's will drop dead and seymour will summon anima. use your aeons at overdrive. if you have yuna's overdrive gauge full, grand summon the aeon with this markings ???? that aeon is shiva. she can deal 9999 damage with her diamond bust overdrive.

I beat that seymour part quite easily, i grand summoned shiva which was "?????" Diamon dust anima for 9999 dmg, then when anima uses pain it charges overdrive, have shiva cast blizzara on self to heal, when overdrive fully charged diamon dust again, repeat as necasary. - Easy huh ^^
