I heard there is a like ULTIMATE OMEGA or some [censored] in the omega ruins but I cant seem to find him I beat the omega a long time ago and went back to where he was and the new one was not there.
I'm assuming you beat Ultima Weapon. Take the elevator that should have activated around that area and follow the pathway all the way down and around to big cloudy mass. Walk in, use Lancet, than kill him. He shouldn't be hard at all.

Yea I figured out I already beat both of them, I thought the first one was just some random fiend, but anyway WAY TO EZ, I forgot to use lancet though <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
