how do i get holy water from the calm lands and how do i travel back to the calm lands from the mountain?

i don't think u can get any holy water in the calm lands or anywhere there...
and to get bak to the calm lands, just go bak the way u came!!go thro the mountain gate and ...ur there-keep goin down the path and u get onto the plain. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Aim...there is an Al bhed shop
so he can buy some holy waters there
in zanarkand you can steal them from robots (the one with thrust kick)

Aim, why walk when you can teleport? Remember there are pads set around the mountain that take you back to places you've been to.

the teleport pad is available after you've reached zanarkand dome

I think darkmatter is right. You can not get any holy water from the calm lands. I'm pretty sure you steal it from defender z, and the other mosters that kick and shoot you in zanarkand.
