A while ago, I heard people saying cheats could affect whether or not all 100 hidden packages would be found. I dont know if that is true or not, but I will share what I have found.

I have 4 saved versions of GTA Vice City, the cheats used were the Armor cheat and the spawn a Rhino cheat. In these saved versions, even after the game was beat, the Little Havana outfit never unlocked (when you walk in the store it would just be block, you would see the words Havana but no outfit) and the weapons received from finding hidden packages were not on the roof of the Hyman Condos.

In a new version that I have played from scratch with no cheats, The Lil Havana Outfit is there and the weapons that are at Starfish and Oceanview are also on the roof of Hyman Condos.

Anyone else notice any cheats vs no cheats differences? Think it might just be a glitch in my game?

I didnt read all of that but i can tell u that there is NO glitch or woteva in the game if u use cheats u can get 100% n there is absolutely no glitches!!!! iv got 100% and i used cheats

I also used cheats and got 100%, but it depends on which cheats you used. I read somewhere that the cheats which do NOT affect 100% are health, armor and weapon cheats. That's all it said but I say that time ones also are okay. I'm pretty sure that spawning car cheats and skins cheats and like the invisible car cheat does affect 100%.

So yeah, you can use armor health and weapon cheats and save afterwards, but if you use any other ones, to be safe I wouldn't save afterwards.
