Wine tastings have become very popular lately especially since local vineyards are opening up. We went to a Spanish wine tasting last month. It was six courses: tapas, a salted cod croquette, gazpacho, pulpo (octopus), pescado veracruzana, and finally postre (Basque cheesecake). The wines served with each paired well. July will bring us a taste of Italy.
