.From March Equinox to June SolsticeA few days after the March equinox, German physician and astronomer, Heinrich Olbers, discovered the asteroid Pallas. It was the second asteroid to be discovered, and at the time they were considered to be planets. Pallas was discovered on March 28, 1802. On March 29, 1807, Olbers found a third asteroid. This was Vesta. From July 2011 to September 2012, NASA's Dawn mission visited Vesta.
