I would love to create a regular group meditation session with you. A time when we can come together in spirit and meditate to create powerful changes. When we meditate collectively we can make profound changes in our life and to those around us.

It has been documented that a group of meditators came together with the intention to reduce the crime rate in an American city by a certain percentage and through their sitting together for a week holding the same intention, the crime rate was in fact reduced. Incredible!

I sit every day for 30mins in the morning and 30mins in the evening. It would be wonderful if you could join me - even if it is just for some of the time if 30 minutes is too long for you. I love to think of the love and connection we create collectively as we sit in peace for love, abundance, health and wellbeing.

I am based in the UK and my sitting times are generally 7.30am GMT and 10pm GMT. Would love for you to join me.

My meditation this morning was so peaceful. I woke feeling rested and happy and it was easy to go straight into meditation. I even carried on with a short yoga session. Some days it seems to flow easier than others...


How was your meditation this morning? Did you start a practise or are you a seasoned meditator? Would love to hear

I love how good it feels to slow down and connect with myself. It helps me to slow down when walking, stay present and more centred within.

Vipassana asks that you sit for 2hrs a day after you have completed the course. That can be a lot of time to find, especially if you have family and other commitments. That's why I'm a fan of introducing practises into the day that add to having more incidences of self awareness and mindfulness.

I always find that when things are the most challenging I need to make more time to meditate...

Not sure if I was caught in the energy of the eclipse, my meditation today was so beautiful. I felt like I had left my body! The time passed by so quickly that I sat for almost an hour without realising. So lovely. It has really set me up for the day.

How is your practise going? Do you need help setting up a practise? Are there any article suggestions you have for me to consider?

How's your practice going? I started a new group from my home on the first Monday of every month. I love sitting with others - I always feel close to those that I meditate with... Something really comfortable about it. I also like that we all sit stronger because we are together and are less likely to give up until the time is up.

What is your experience? Do you like to sit with others? Have you ever thought of gathering some friends to yours to sit together? You can use my guided meditation if it helps
