Hey Megan. That's great since I always liked an opinion on nutritional food since I started dieting recently where I drink ginger tea 2 a day. I eat chicken during lunch and dinner is light with a bowl of fruits. Breakfast is a little heavy since I personally have oat meal with nuts and fruits, a glass of juice, some eggs and coffee. I would love to know your opinion if I am following the right kind of diet since I wouldn't want to turn out fat.
