Al Pacino was born on this day in 1940. Pacino is slated to play Shakespeare's King Lear in a new film directed by Michael Radford. Radford and Pacino worked together on "The Merchant of Venice" (2004), with Pacino playing Shylock. Really looking forward to seeing Pacino tackle Lear.
