It comes with tea bags if you choose loose leaf tea. I love it. My daughter came up with a great idea, and the teas are all different brands and is currated with you in mind. www(dot)RepublicofTea(dot)com or one can even call 1-800-298-TEA (4832). They have nice tea, gifts, and teaware. It is, however, much too late for gift mailing, I believe but I am sure a gift certificate can be printed or emailed if you'd love to gift someone.
