I nurse along my poinsettias from Christmas and then plant them in my yard. They are beautiful and hardy all summer. I have no expectation of them blooming for Christmas and so when the first frost comes they are doomed but I enjoy them for a long time.
Does anyone else try growing them in the yard during the summer?
