Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), white uncooked potatoes that were peeled and cut by mom pan fried in a pan where mom had did the same a few hours before in olive oil and butter with pepper (i added butter) and one egg with pieces of cheese curds scrambled in the grease and butter, Ruffles salt and vinegar chips, the rest of the macaroni leftovers and three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and the grease.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with a fresh white bread baked and cut at IGA (no crusts - butter), Selection brussel sprouts with butter, a fisherman shell (1 with potato) made somewhere in my province and bought at IGA, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg with pieces of cheese curds scrambled in the grease and butter, Ruffles salt and vinegar chips.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi (maybe took at least 1 sip of Ginger Ale) with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), meat and vegetable boiled (6 slices of what was a pork roast that they cut and put in the freezer earlier that day + broccoli eaten with butter), the rest of the milk chocolate bunny, one and a half slice of bacon and three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and pieces of a white onion pan fried in the grease and butter then one egg scrambled with it, Ruffles salt and vinegar chips.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and 1 with butter and composed sugar), meat and vegetables boiled (many of pork slices of what was a pork roast [taken out the freezer when i cooked that] white potatoes + carrots + half of a rutabaga [eaten with butter] some of the meat and part of 1 carrot or not carrot at all and slices of the rutabaga and part of a potato remained), Coaticook vanilla ice cream, Ruffles salt and vinegar chips, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg with pieces of cheese curds and onion salt scrambled in the grease and butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and composed sugar), some of the meat and vegetables leftovers (only some meat remains), food made by mom (white boiled potatoes that she had boiled the day or 2 days before pan fried with pieces of a white onion or small yellow onion with pepper in butter and olive oil - she ate some too), Coaticook vanilla ice cream, the rest of mom's food, white rice with tomato paste.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
