Yesterday I had Orange Maison grape juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), three slices of what was a filet mignon roast (out the freezer 3 days before) and food made by mom (white boiled by her 2 days or the day prior potatoes pan fried in either butter or and olive oil or and vegetable oil with pepper and maybe even onion salt), fried pasta (vegetable oil + 2 white mushrooms + bows + part of another chicken cooked at Super C when we went there [dad ate some of it the same day] + soya sauce), four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.

Nothing low carb in my diet tonight - we had stadium brats, creamed corn (I froze it myself this past summer), and a knock-off on German potato salad to go with the brats.

I just realised what I meant by "BS", it's brussel sprouts! These were frozen from Selection and I ate it with butter.
