Yesterday it was partly cloudy, raining on/off, thundering off/on, lightning off/on and windy.
At night it was raining off/on, foggy on/off and windy.
When I went to bed it was windy.
When I got up it was sunny and windy.

London. It was a nice day, sunny and warm. Increased fall color noticeable after a week away. And a pleasant evening. But I hear bad weather is on the way across the Atlantic in the fallout from the hurricanes.

Temperatures are dropping here. My remaining tomatoes on my poor tomato plants will need to be harvested and brought in. The grape tomatoes are plentiful but it will be a miracle if they ripen. I have had a handful.

Angie, I picked the rest of my tomatoes - mostly green, and have put them in a bowl on the kitchen counter. We'll see if they ripen eventually. Mild day, windy. No rain so far.

I picked the lone tomatoe on my plant. Lots of green grape tomatoes. It remains to be seen if they ripen. It was cool this morning.
