Our museum house had an open house last weekend. The two garden clubs decorated; the theme was nutcrackers this year and there were 8 or 9 nutcrackers of many sizes from 3 feet to 1 foot tall throughout the house. The children who came through, 44 of them, made a nutcracker craft to take home. They loved talking to Santa. Someone read the story of the Nutcracker to parents and children both. All in all, about 250 people came through. It was a beautiful day.
