I think we're the spoilt generation (I mean this in a good way!)...

We don't have to travel on horses and donkeys (cos we've got aeroplanes), we don't have to do the laundry in the bathtub anymore (cos we've got washing machines) and thanks to search engines, we've got more information than we know what to do with on our fingertips.

Personally I don't know how we managed without computers. What modern invention could you absolutely not do without?

Computer and internet is number one since this is the only way you can know exactly what is going on (plus it is a nice way to pass the time and have fun) and I also could not live without television and satellite.
